Ms. Garrigan joined TMG Consulting in fall of 2007. At TMG, she is involved
in capital facilities planning projects for the Louis Armstrong New
Orleans International Airport as well as financial analysis for TMG’s casino
and land development clients.
Prior to joining TMG, Ms. Garrigan worked for The Center for Urban Economics at The University
of Texas at Dallas performing citywide research on Dallas economic issues. Working
alongside The Williams Institute and Dallas Indicators Organization, Ms. Garrigan collected
statistical data on housing issues in Dallas communities and prepared research briefs concerning
the economic effects of inclusionary zoning and place-based philanthropy.
Ms. Garrigan graduated from Hendrix College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. In April
of 2007, Ms. Garrigan presented her personal research concerning public goods at the National
Conference for Undergraduate Research in San Francisco. While in college she was
successful in organizing a sustainable-living environmental theme house for student housing
and a bee-keeping club.
